Stop watering. Start managing.
The standard sprinkler system is wasteful. It treats the landscape as a homogenous green carpet to be saturated—ignoring the fact that a drought-tolerant Coneflower drowns in the same water volume that a Fern requires to survive. This boom and bust moisture cycle stresses vascular systems and encourages shallow, weak rooting.
True ecological resilience requires infrastructure. It requires treating water as a finite structural element, delivering it directly to the root zone where it fuels growth rather than evaporating into the atmosphere.
The Service: We analyze your specific planting plan to create a Site Hydrology Strategy—a bespoke infrastructure design that groups plants by biological thirst rather than physical proximity.
The Hydrology Difference:
-
The Brain (Weather Intelligence): We specify smart-controller protocols that adjust output based on regional rainfall and humidity. Your system will never water during a storm.
-
The Arteries (Precision Delivery): We replace generic spraying with pressure-compensating drip delivery. Every plant receives exact gallonage to the root zone, eliminating fungal issues caused by wet foliage.
-
The Training (Deep Cycle Protocol): We provide a Deep Cycle schedule that forces roots to dive down into the subsoil, creating self-sufficiency and true drought resistance.
What You Receive (The Deliverable):
You are not just buying a drawing; you are buying a manual for long-term resilience. Your Custom Hydrology Design PDF includes:
-
The Master Specification: Hardware definitions for The Brain, Heart, and Arteries of the system.
-
The Hydro-Zone Map: A biological zoning plan separating High-Demand edibles from Low-Demand natives.
-
Installation Directive: A strict Rules of the Road guide for contractors regarding trench depth and electrical waterproofing.
-
Operational Calendar: A seasonal guide for Spring Start-Up, Summer Drought-Defense, and Winter Blow-Out.
-
Bill of Materials (BOM): A precise shopping list of every emitter, valve, and fitting required.
Choosing Your Tier:
Ecological hydrology is based on complexity. The more diverse your planting, the more distinct Hydro-Zones are required.
-
Patio & Deck ($245): For container gardens and balcony oases (Analysis for up to 3 distinct zones).
-
Standard Infrastructure ($345): For typical residential landscapes (Front or Back yard) (Analysis for up to 6 distinct zones).
-
Complex / Food Forest ($545): For high-biodiversity properties, multi-area sites, or market gardens (Unlimited zoning and complex pressure gradients).
Technical Scope & Mechanical Limitations:
-
Exclusion of Trade Work: This service is a design and planning protocol only. It does not include physical installation, plumbing connections, or backflow prevention testing. All connections to the municipal water supply must be executed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the Temperate and Continental biomes Building Code.
-
Subsurface Liability: The Steward is solely responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities (gas, water, electric) prior to any trenching. We recommend using a Call Before You Dig service. Avishan Garden is not liable for damage to underground infrastructure or severed communication cables during the installation process.
-
Winterization & Equipment Integrity: Failure to strictly adhere to the Winter Blow-Out protocols outlined in the Operational Calendar may result in catastrophic freeze damage. Avishan Garden assumes no liability for cracked manifolds, burst pipes, or equipment failure due to improper seasonal maintenance.
-
Data Fidelity & Hydraulic Metrics: The hydraulic calculations for this design are strictly based on the static water pressure (PSI) and flow rate (GPM) figures provided by the Steward. Avishan Garden is not liable for system under-performance resulting from inaccurate baseline measurements or fluctuations in municipal supply pressure.
Support the Mission. Proceeds from this purchase directly fund the Avishan Cultivator Grant, a financial initiative empowering emerging horticulturists to engineer local resilience and launch community stewardship projects across the Temperate and Continental biomes.
Invest in Your Baseline, Invest in the Community. By purchasing this protocol, you are not only securing a professional sanctuary plan for your own property but also seeding the next generation of ecological design.
